Kathleen O. Farrelly is co-owner and vice president of NEPA Appraisal Services, 21 Fox Run Lane, East Stroudsburg, PA 18302.  Ms. Farrelly is a Pennsylvania State Certified Residential Appraiser.

Ms. Farrelly had 6 years experience in the sale of residential and commercial properties in Pennsylvania prior to her association with NEPA Appraisal Services in 1991.  Since that time she has prepared 1-4 family, Condominium, Manufactured, Vacant Land, Review and Retrospective Review appraisals for the firm in both form and narrative report formats and has assisted in the research and preparation of commercial appraisal reports. Appraisals have been performed for a variety of purposes including financing, divorce actions, estate settlement, insurance, bankruptcy proceedings for petitioners and the trustee’s office, tax appeals, purchase decisions and marketing.  Ms. Farrelly has experience in providing court testimony and has been qualified as an expert witness in Monroe County Court, Pike County Court, New York City and Federal Bankruptcy Courts.  Ms. Farrelly is listed on the HUD Roster of Approved Appraisers.
